Since this site has changed focus so much over the last couple of years, I decided it was time to do a little dusting and clean up, or more acurately clear out, of a lot of older posts that really aren’t relevant to my site as it currently exists. That little exercise expunged over 70 articles from the site, none of which were related to photography, programming, or technology in general.
Now, this isn’t to say that some of the topics I previously covered won’t eventually come back in, but many of them were rather old news, reflective of opinions that I think I have softened on a little (though not much) and so off to the dustbin. I’d really like to maintain the photographic focus of this site, it’s a topic of significant interest to me and so I intend it to drive much of what I post here.
Thanks to my activities on the StackExchange Photography site I’m seeing lots of great potential topics I can use to expand on the site content and, hopefully, help people a little bit with their photography along the way. I’m by no means an expert, but I think I do okay, and I’ve learned a lot over the course of the past few years that may be worth sharing. At least I hope that’s so!
In any case, you now know the reason that older links of yours may no longer work on the site.
